This Privacy Policy describes how Adzon Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information when you use our mobile application, Clutch: The 18% Challenge (the “App”), and related services.
We are committed to data minimization, protecting user privacy, and maintaining transparency about how information is processed.
1. Who We Are
The App does not operate its own custom backend servers; cloud-enabled gameplay features are supported through established third-party services (such as Google Firebase).
We do not require account registration, login, or passwords. We do not collect:
- Real names, postal addresses, or physical locations
- Personal email addresses
- Phone numbers, SMS, or call logs
- Contacts, photos, audio recordings, camera, or microphone data
- Payment card numbers or bank account details
To provide a smooth gameplay experience, the following information is stored locally within the App’s private sandboxed storage:
- High scores, best streaks, total XP, and player level progression
- Games played statistics and daily login streak data
- Tutorial completion status
- Achievement progress and reward unlock progress
- Purchased gem balances and owned cosmetic items
- Remove Ads purchase status
- Audio volume, music toggles, and haptic vibration preferences
- Cached leaderboard records for offline play
You may remove this local information at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing App Data through your Android device settings.
Information processed by the App is used solely to:
- Maintain gameplay progress and game state
- Store local achievements, rewards, and unlock progression
- Restore purchased content
- Improve gameplay balance and application stability
- Verify in-app purchases
- Serve non-intrusive and rewarded advertisements
We do not sell personal information. We do not use collected information for email marketing.
5. Cloud Synchronization & Online Leaderboards
To support global leaderboard rankings and fair scoring, the App may synchronize pseudonymous gameplay information with Google Cloud Firestore:
- Anonymous Authentication (Firebase Auth): Assigns a randomly generated Anonymous User ID to support cloud-based gameplay and leaderboard features without requiring your personal identity or email.
- Leaderboard Records: Synchronizes your chosen player gamertag, best score, level, and a server activity timestamp.
All cloud transmissions use industry-standard encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
6. Third-Party Services & Integrations
The App integrates trusted third-party services and SDKs to provide advertising, analytics, crash diagnostics, cloud functionality, and in-app purchases. These providers may process technical device identifiers in accordance with their respective privacy policies:
6.1 Google AdMob
Used to deliver banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded video advertisements (e.g. watching an ad to refill in-game lives).
Depending on device settings and consent, AdMob may process:
- Google Advertising ID (GAID)
- Device identifiers, brand, and model
- Operating system version
- Approximate location derived from IP address
- Ad engagement and interaction telemetry
You may reset or manage your Advertising ID at any time via Android Settings → Google → Ads.

6.2 Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics (Google LLC)
- Firebase Analytics: Processes app interactions, screen views, session duration, and engagement metrics. This information helps us understand how players use the game and improve the App.
- Firebase Crashlytics: Processes crash stack traces, hardware specifications, and OS versions to diagnose bugs and improve app stability.

6.3 Google Play Billing
- Digital purchases (such as Gem packs or “Remove Ads”) are processed securely through Google Play Billing.
- Adzon Studio does not receive, view, or store payment card details, CVV codes, or banking information.
- We receive only a digital purchase token from Google Play to verify and unlock your content.
7. In-App Purchases
The App offers optional in-app purchases, including Gem Packs and Remove Ads.
- All purchases are securely processed through Google Play Billing.
- Purchase records are managed by Google and subject to Google’s privacy policies.
- Virtual currency (“Gems”) is used exclusively inside the App and has no real-world monetary value.
8. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent user data. Information may be processed by:
- Google AdMob
- Firebase Analytics
- Firebase Crashlytics
- Google Cloud Firestore
- Google Play Billing
as necessary to provide their respective services.
9. Children’s Privacy
The App is designed for a general audience (aged 13 and older) and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13.
Where advertising and platform services are used, child-directed privacy controls may be applied in accordance with applicable platform requirements. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at adzonstudio@gmail.com.
10. Data Retention and User Rights
- Local Data: Remains on your device until you uninstall the App or clear app storage.
- Cloud & Analytics Data: Retained in accordance with Google’s service retention policies and operational leaderboard requirements.
- User Rights: Depending on your jurisdiction (such as EEA/UK, California, or India), you may have applicable rights regarding personal information, including the right to request access to or deletion of eligible data associated with your use of the App.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect new features, updated SDKs, or regulatory changes. When changes occur, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this document.
